Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between the operator of the Frens platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the content creator (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”). By creating an account, verifying your identity, and uploading content to the Platform, you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.

1. Eligibility

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • You must provide accurate, valid, government-issued identification to verify your age and identity.

2. Content Submission and Pre-Screening

  • All content uploaded by you may be subject to review and pre-screening by the Platform prior to publication.

  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or block any content deemed illegal, inappropriate, or in violation of Platform guidelines or applicable law.

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

  • You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.

  • By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, promote, display, and monetize your content as permitted under Platform policies.

  • You may remove your content at any time, except where such content has been purchased or downloaded by users, who will retain ongoing access to previously acquired content.

4. Compliance and Prohibited Activities

  • You agree that all content will fully comply with applicable laws and Platform policies.

  • You shall not upload content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any unlawful activities.

5. Consent and Documentation

  • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining written consent from every individual depicted in your content, including:

    • Consent to be depicted;

    • Consent for public distribution on the Platform;

    • Consent for user downloads, if applicable.

  • You must verify and document the age and identity of all persons depicted (18+ only) and promptly provide such documentation upon request by the Platform or authorities.

6. Image and Likeness Consent

  • By agreeing to this Agreement and checking the required consent box at signup, you grant the Platform permission to use, display, and distribute your images and likeness publicly.

7. Revenue and Payments

  • Revenue generated from your content is subject to the Platform’s revenue-sharing terms, as communicated during account creation and in your account dashboard.

  • Payments are made according to the Platform’s established payout schedule.

  • You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Creator Responsibilities

  • You agree to monitor and manage your content, and to promptly report any unauthorized use or copyright infringement.

  • You will comply with all Platform policies and applicable laws at all times.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice or by account closure.

  • Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall terminate, except that users who have previously purchased or downloaded your content may retain continued access to such content.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and employees against any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your content or conduct on the Platform.

11. Amendments

  • The Platform may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU.
